You can place orders via our website or through WhatsApp. Once you submit an order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
3.2. Payment Methods
We accept M‑Pesa, credit/debit cards, and other options via WhatsApp as announced. Payment is due at time of purchase.
3.3. Order Changes & Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1. Dispatch Time
We dispatch all orders within 24–72 hours of confirmed payment.
4.2. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide. Delivery times vary by location—typically 1–2 days in Nairobi and 2–4 days upcountry.
4.3. Free Installation
Free smart‑lock installation is available in designated areas only and must be booked after purchase via WhatsApp.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order details and photos.
5.2. Return Process
If approved, return instructions will be provided. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.3. Refunds
Refunds (minus any shipping costs) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
